HELP!! I need to treat my infected ear lobe. How do I do this?

I recently got my ears pierced at a local tattoo shop with a needle. The studs are surgical steel. I recently noticed a bubble behind my left ear lobe near the hole. How can I treat this? I'm currently using Clair's Antiseptic Solution but it's not going away. Any answers will be much appreciated. Thank you :) Oh and I was sent home with a sterile saline solution H20cean and used that for 2 weeks..didn't help.
