Question about drivers test?

I'm VERY nervous about taking my behind the wheel test. I believe I'm a pretty good driver, but I'm super nervous about it all. What kinds of things/skills will I need to know how to do? What actions will result in an automatic fail? I'm in AR btw. I'm kinda bad about parallel parking, but a friend of mine that already took the test said you didn't have to park parallel. What kinds of questions (if any) will they ask about the car itself? Oh and a question about insurance. I'm only 15 and I'm on my moms insurance (Geico) And there is a paper attached to the back of my permit that says your name must appear on the insurance card before you can take it. But with the company my mom has only the owner and co-owner show up on the cards. Will i still be able to take it?
