Texas DMV for license-Wharton?

So I heard that if you go early, Wharton DMV will let you take your driving test to get your license then and there without having to make an appointment for a month later. I also heard they don't even make you parallel park? Can anyone give me more information on this? I live outside of Houston so if I'd like to know the best place to go, when, and what each one makes you go through, or just whatever you know. Thanks!

i was playing a match today and i thought that i could cleverly fuse shining to get back 2 monsters from my rfg pile but my opponent and some spectators said that i couldnt do it because the timing was off, something about how one of the cards hits the grave first or something lol so i was just wondering if anyone knew the exact ruling to this delima? Their example is not correct. Sure, it would be virtually impossible for a find a single bacteria from a population that is resistant to 4 different antibiotics. But, if you considered that it would be a lot easier to take a large population of bacteria and expose them to one of the antibiotics and from that population, you'd get a resistant individual with witch you can make a large population. You would then be able to expose them to the fist antibiotic and a second antibiotic. You'd likely see a population of bacteria which it resistant to both antibiotic arise. And so on. The population would't have to be as great as they say this way. Also, they don't include the notion that many generations occur in the history of a species.

dont quite understand the impedance stuff. i know 2 8 ohm speakers in parallel equal 4 ohm, and 2 in series is 16 ohm ... but still dont quite get it? If I get a PA amp rated 4-16 ohms would that be okay?
