I got my tragus pierced almost 4 months ago. It still hurts and scabs up on the inside of my ear.?

I clean it every day with antibacterial soap and use sterile q-tips to get rid of excess scabs. I still get the keloid bumps but as soon as I get rid of one, it seems like another one pops right back up. I dont think it is infected but the scabs on the inside and the soreness wont seem to go away. Any advice??
