Can I use regular unopened bottle water from a grocery store as a replacement for sterile water?

If you need steril water from the store and can't find distiller water, try the eye care section and buy saline solution. The health food stores often carry homeopathic silver as well, with a minute amount of silver (as a sterilizer and antibiotic) and the rest distiller water. Many bottled waters are taken straight from a spring or even a tap! I wouldn't go there for injection but for wound care, etc. Might be fine. It has been found and tested (Africa) that even muddy, cloudy water from a water source, put into a water bottle and allowed to sit on the roof in the sun for the space in time of 4-1/2 hours completely kills all bacteria, etc. And is safe to drink even unfiltered. They think the sun burns through the organisms, killing them (TV report about a year ago).
