Dollar General brand Sterile Redness Relief Eye Drops for a 2 year old?

My daughter is 2 years old, 31 lbs. Her eye is irritated and red and she keeps rubbing it saying "ow." The doctor's office is closed until tomorrow. Is it safe to use the DG Home brand Sterile Redness Relief Eye Drops (Tetrahydrozoline HCI0.05%) in it to see if it will help?
