Can X-rays cause a man to go sterile?

over the years i have had at least 50+ X-rays done and now im 25 and couldnt get my ex-fiancees progo but now they are prego and i havent been with them for over 2 years and they have new guys in their life so im wondering if i am sterile from all of those X-rays or something else
