What would human meat taste like when baked in a pie?

I AM NOT A PHSYCO! I need to know this for the book I'm writing. So, this group of teenagers get sucked into the movie Sweeney Todd and I thought I had cleverly avoided the taste of a cannibal pie until this mad idea dug its way into my mind. So Caroline, Derick, Raven, and Kaitlin are joking about how different ethnic backgrounds would taste. This ends with Caroline getting dared to eat one of the human meat pies with her hands tied behind her back. I don't know how to describe it at length. Help!
