Messed up majorly at work!!! Can I get some opinions?

Okay so here is the dilemma I'm 16 first job I've ever had but i'd like to keep it through highschool. I work at a golf course and I'm a cart boy. It was really hard for me to get the job but luckily I and my parents golf (parents golf every weekend) and the management (assistant general manager, golf pros) love me and talked the boss of the cart boys (he really only likes older kids, kids he knows personally, kids who have worked there before to work for him and I'm none of these) they talked him into hiring me. Okay so what happened is I've been working 4 months now so I don't know if I'm still a new guy even though I technically am the second newest working there and also the youngest. But today me and 2 guys were working none of the managers were there so they don't know yet. There is a power washer attached to the roof of where we store our carts. Well needless to say I ran over it and bent it a lot like a very noticeable amount. I don't know how easy it will be to fix but let's say it went from a 45 degree angle parallel to the ground to a -10 degree (350 degree) angle parallel to the ground. Id really just like opinions of the situation like honestly what would you do if you were my boss? One guy already told me I will be fired the other said **** happens and I just want to know what others think? And is there anything worse y'all done and what did the boss do?
