I used a 10-year expired spermicidal-lubricant condom, can I become sterile?

I never used a condom before and I didn't have sex, but I took one out and wanted to practice using it. I realized after rubbing it on my penis that it was expired 10 years ago. is there any chance my penis may become sterile from using this condom? it said spermicidal so that scared me...
