How often are sheep-goat hybrids fertile?

Hi, I was doing a little research on sheep-goat hybrids and heard about the Toast of Botswana, and his habits were a little off, even though he was sterile. How often is a sheep-goat hybrid feral and how often is it not? Note, I am NOT talking about chimeras.
