Does Jurgen Brahmer pose any threat to Nathan Cleverly's world title ambitions?

TBH i don't know anything about Brahmer so i was wondering if anyone knew much about him.Cleverly is the current interim WBO light heavyweight champion and is one of my favorite British fighters just now.
