Do you think i have lice?

im a kind person, and hate to tell people no. so during softball tryouts yesturday, some yucky girl asked to borrow my helmet. only after i said yes out of impulse, did i realise that i have totally regreted my decision. she may have lice, so cleverly this morning i sprayed so much lysol disinfecting spray in and on my helmet. but i used it later on today. my head is itchy (even though i swear its just paranoia). im scared im gonna get lice. what can i do?
