Do I have contact dermatitis?

For some reason, a few weeks ago, I started getting some kind of skin condition which makes small little bumps and clear-ish blister looking things appear on my pinky fingers. ONLY my pinkies, no other fingers get it. Anyways, I've been having it for the past couple of weeks, and I don't see how it can be anything I'm allergic to, I've had the same routine for 6 years, and I haven't seen a poison ivy/oak plant since I was 6. It just gets my pinky fingers all gross, bumpy, and leathery. How do I get this to go away, and what is a way for me to get rid of the bumps? I want to stab them with a sterile needle, but I'm a huge p*ssy when it comes to pain-taking and stabbing myself. Thanks in advance....
