Can I open up a beauty salon / tattoo parlor?

I was wondering if someone could open a business that is half tattoo parlor half beauty salon? It would be divided so the people at the beauty salon wouldnt be able to hear the tattoo gun. But I mean they both have to be sterile and they would be seperate.
